Cancellation Policy

🫧 All appointments require a £10 non-refundable booking fee before securing your appointment. 🫧 If you do not cancel within 48 hours before your appointment or are a “no show” you will lose your booking fee and be asked to pay a cancellation fee which is 50% of your treatment price. 🫧 If you need to cancel your appointment your booking fee can only be rescheduled to another appointment once, having to reschedule a second time will require another booking fee. 🫧 If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be treated as a no-show as this will affect my other client's appointments. 🫧 Lash and brow services require a patch test 24-48 hours before your appointment. 🫧 Any repairs are free within 48 hours of your initial appointment after that you will be charged for a repair. I do not offer refunds as you are paying for my time and products but I would be more than happy to do a removal free of charge. 🫧 You will be required to fill out a consultation form before your first appointment then after please update me with any changes. 🫧 I will ask permission before any photos or videos are taken and used for social media.
